A Black Woman Will

My mother was the matriarch of my family. I have 4 sisters, my aunt (and another who I love as I do my sisters). They are all amazing Black Women. Even when I didn’t listen, I soon learned I should have. If you take a moment and examine the adversity, tragedy, abuse, and just plain BS they face, 1st being Black, 2nd being a woman. You see them differently. They come in Latin, Italian, Asian, African, and American varieties. But one thing is always consistent. The Spirit they have and the commitment to their family. Unfortunately, the shade of their darkness is considered before their character and strength. They are intelligent, dedicated, amazing, and beautiful Black Women. Recognize.
